How long will it take for my item to ship?

Do you have a Rush option?

Depending on order volume, rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please "Contact Us" to inquire about rush order availability.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we are not accepting custom orders through this site however in the future we will offer a limited quantity of custom order slots per month. Please check back.

Refund Policy

Items are handmade and may contain imperfections but are closely inspected for imperfections that may interfere with its usage or functionality before it is shipped. We also take steps to protect your item(s) in preparation for shipping to prevent damage. We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at the email address found in the “Contact Us" section.

Due to the nature of these items and customizations, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
